Create a 4-day international trade expo attracting 200+ exhibitors from 30 countries with seamless B2B matchmaking, VIP delegation management, and 15,000 sqm of exhibition space.
Our Solution
We managed end-to-end exhibition design and logistics, built custom and shell scheme booths, implemented a digital B2B meeting scheduler, coordinated VIP delegations with dedicated hospitality suites, and provided 4 days of catering and entertainment.
The Gulf Trade Expo was one of the largest commercial exhibitions in Oman, featuring over 200 exhibitors from 30 countries. We designed and built custom booths, managed visitor flow across 15,000 sqm of exhibition space, coordinated B2B meeting schedules, and handled all logistics including VIP hosting and international delegation management.
