The Challenge
Organize a 3-day outdoor food festival at Qurum Park attracting 8,000+ visitors with diverse F&B vendors, cooking demonstrations, entertainment, and comprehensive crowd management.
Our Solution
We designed a multi-zone layout with dedicated areas for international cuisine, Omani street food, a cooking demo stage, kids entertainment zone, and a main performance stage — all with seamless crowd flow and safety protocols.
The Muscat Food Festival brought together 25 local and international chefs, 40 food vendors, cooking demonstrations, kids activities, and live cultural performances in the beautiful Qurum Natural Park. The event attracted 8,000 visitors over three days.
