Produce a 3-night music festival at the Royal Opera House featuring 12 artists across 3 genres, with world-class sound production, VIP hospitality, and 1,500 guests per night.
Our Solution
We managed artist bookings, designed unique stage sets for each night's genre, coordinated sound and lighting with international engineers, set up VIP reception areas with premium F&B, and handled ticket sales and crowd logistics.
A three-night music festival at the prestigious Royal Opera House Muscat, featuring a curated lineup of Arab and international artists. Each night offered a different genre — classical Arabic on night one, fusion jazz on night two, and contemporary pop on the final night.
