The Challenge
Oman needed a world-class technology summit that would position the country as a regional innovation hub, attract international speakers, and provide meaningful networking for 1,200+ delegates — all executed bilingually.
Our Solution
We designed a three-day immersive experience at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre with 5 parallel tracks, a 40-startup innovation showcase, live streaming to virtual attendees, simultaneous AR/EN interpretation, and a closing gala with a spectacular AV show.
The Oman Tech Summit brought together 1,200 technology leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from across the GCC and beyond. Our team managed every aspect of this three-day conference, from keynote stage design to delegate registration, networking zones, and a dedicated innovation showcase area featuring 40 tech startups. The event included simultaneous Arabic-English interpretation, live streaming to 5,000 virtual attendees, and a gala dinner with a stunning audio-visual show.
